Title: [BUG] Can't connect to a specific server

Description
I can't connect to my own server : 178.32.116.43:8542 , and the damn console shows nothing. Even more strange , I'm able to connect to other servers.

Reproducible
Since I moved somewhere lol.

What you were doing when the bug happened
Downloading again the server files. Got this bug at a ~3.5 MB file. I got 2 timeouts , then I can't connect to the server anymore.

What you think caused the bug
Shitty ISP and IP change. Maybe the laggy internet too.

For me it isnt.

BTW cleaning the store folder in %appdata% fixed it.
