Hello.

When will the full window like 0.3 ? Many players complain about the small okono and every time I have to Alt + Enter. Will there be a full window on 0.4 version?

This is already done since the first minor update from 13apr (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=476.0).

Is it possible to set it by default for everyone who join the server?

Dude... I just told you that it is set to Full Screen by default, since the minor update from 13apr.
Players should have that windowed mode turned off now.
