Title: Suddenly my ping increased!

Please give solution, suddenly my ping increased. - It was 140-200 ping - Now it's 250-350! Give me solution brothers I'm in tension :-[ ???

It is problem on your connection(internet), or else it is problem on the server host that you play.

Nu, it's not the problem of my Internet, - If it does so my VC:MP runs 140-200 ping always. So help me out. And It can't be the server host problem because all servers show this.
