Any backup server or smth?
@maxorator what's going on ;-;
Thank you so much for taking your precious time and letting the whole community know about this, our asses were so blind that we never realized that, actually someone didn't even bother to setup a mirror for it. I'd suggest you to leave.
There's a board VC:MP Announcements (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?board=3.0)
And inside it there's a topic named Temporary new updater URL and server downloads (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=5196.0)
Hope you never knew about these and posted this topic.
The advantage of this topic is that it reminds us that this will be dead like VCO (https://www.gtagaming.com/vice-city-online-client-f2397.html), GTAT (http://www.gtainside.com/en/vicecity/mods/2197-gta-tournament-0-5e/) and MTA: VC (http://www.gtainside.com/en/vicecity/mods/3404-multitheftauto-mta-0-5/).
The developers will disappear exactly as the 2005-2006 team (http://web.archive.org/web/20060405045618/http://www.vicecitymultiplayer.com:80/) did.

I agree, but that's with community players. In the case of an offline masterlist, new players will be rare.

Or no new players since samp got a new update recently. VCMPs web domain will still expire in 2018-01-28, so VCMP has no hope, unless devs will show up soon.
:edit: The old VCMP team members moved to SAMP.
