I guess you downloaded the wrongs one, Make sure you have not downloaded x64 bit plugins if you have x32 bit OS/System.

That happens if you have x64bit plugins and you have a 32 bit machine.

No it is 64 bit , 5 dlls are working and 3 are not working

I'm using plugins which are in sebby's basic server

Well you better download the latest server and.plugin from Client Updates because seby hasn't updated that to the new plugins and server yet
