there is a problem. file MSCVP100.dll not found, i installed turbo c++ but unable to start server

For f* sake, does anyone search before? There's literally a dozen topics (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=580.msg3809#msg3809) opened with the same issue because no one bothers to install the redistributable files.
