Just a 0.4 server that was switched to 0.3 after it announced.

Thanks for the report, the IP will be banned from announcing to the 0.4 master list once I get home.

Cron (5, 15 or 30? mins) query announced servers and auto ban if 0.3 detected. :)

There is a cron that purges non-0.4 servers, it's just not set up to autoban quite yet. :P

EDIT: 41.161.115.229 is now banned indefinitely from announcing.
