I constantly keep randomly crashing when I try to run the client(I downloaded from here: http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=3.0 ). -Edit: After several attempts on running the client I finally succeed(well technically I did) but the client was so weird I knew this isn't normal.

Try running the client as admin.
Already tried no luck...
*If admins are not aware this topic's still on...any help would be appreciated....

I suggest you to uninstall the client, then reinstall it.
Have your tried setting a different compatibility mode? Windows XP SP3, Windows 98 / Windows Me etc.
@sseebbyy, Already re-intstalled several times no luck.
@S.L.S, Using different compatibility gives the same results as in the 'shots.
Don't know if this gonna fix your problem, try reinstalling VC ++?

@stormeus, Did that for testing purpose only, any fixes?
Reinstalled the client on a directory rather than VC and everything was good.
