Title: Plugins now loading!

Hello everyone, yesterday i made a update in my server and it worked without problems, now i try to open my server and it shows this error: https://imgur.com/a/TOEoBDJ . What can i do to fix it?

PS: Even a backup of my server before 2 weeks is not opening for same error.

Error 126 means file not found. I guess you lost some dependent DLL. Upload plugins with error and let me see.
