I want to edit some buildings is there a way?
Edit them how? Care to be more specific? I think I get what your asking for but I'm not sure you truly understand it your self.
If you want to edit the model itself, you have to export it from the game's files, and import it in a Model Editor like ZModeler. (and there you can edit the model)
But if you want just to edit the texture of an object, you have to search the texture in the game's files. (via TXD Workshop or a similar program)
Then export it, edit it with some program, and importing it back in the file.
