I just got GTA installed and it's not 1.0 ... the same old one as always.

then when I downloaded VCMP 4.0 and tried to start up i keep getting this message. Look in photo.

so I did all uninstall then re-installed after I had done updated my laptop.

It's Windows 7. I tried other. no success. same message as that photos. Help?

Can't we just download this update by ourselves? Is it possible to share the update folder to make it work?
