i've tried to start my new server and i forwaded the port in my router ( 5555 ). then i can't see my server in the INTERNET. i've tried all solutions but all fail.

Why not get a host if you are unable to portforward on router?

It is, most common local IPs are 192.168.1.xyz

Seems like you get into the same issue I had with my ISP, you can ask them to open your ports, ask your ISP to activate the static IP if it is the case.
You can also try using a proper dedicated virtual private server. If you don't have any money, that's it, there's nothing really to do if your ISP is shit.
