I M Never play vcmp 0.4 Because tab key to console open i m confused can console key change to ~ This Key???? PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yes, you can change it. In the game, enter /recordkey command. Then press the key you want to use for opening the console. Then it tells you the number for that key when you press it.

For example, in my case that number is 223. Then in the game, write (replace the number with the number you got):

/setconfig con_openkey 223
