Did you install the Visual C++ 2013 runtimes from Microsoft?

I hv installed Microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable package (x64).
and i cant find 2013

Now i got this error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click ok to close the application.

are you sure that you didnt found visual c++ 2013 x64 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40784)

VC:MP is an x32 application (both the game and the mod). Therefore, why would you install only the x64 versions?
