Guys i need spree system.I tried to make it but cant make.Can anyone make it?

I'm just curious. How do you people think these things work? You just ask and someone gives it to you ready to plug in? If you know what it is and what it should do. Then there's nothing stopping you from making it. And if you cant make it then me giving you a spree system is pretty much useless since you won't know how to use it.
