I had previously spoken here about the problem but to no avail, I reopened in the hope of seeing if anyone has experience with this type of error.
I still haven't solved anything, does anyone have an idea of ��what could be causing VC:MP to not run?
I tried several VCMP Browsers and none of them have worked for me, I tried this one, if I'm not wrong, it's the one from thijin, in this one the browser gives me an unknown error; https://imgur.com/bmfUYtf (https://imgur.com/bmfUYtf) and when I ''manage'' to connect to a server of version 04rel006 it remains downloading the files. https://imgur.com/SwAdIYw

Finally, I even tried megamind but when I connect to the servers it doesn't give me any errors or send me a message, simply no action happens
It should be noted that before I had a PC with Windows 7 and 200mb of RAM, and I did not have an updated graphics card or directx, and in that case it ran ordinary and perhaps I did not even have updated drivers, and today I have a better one with a good processor and all the updated graphics drivers and especially Windows 11 and the game doesn't run for me, THE ONLY GAME OR MOD IS VC:MP that my PC doesn't run.

If you ask me, I have already tried several methods, from deleting, reinstalling, to using DgVooDoo and trying to ''emulate'' it with another graphics card other than the integrated one.

if the issue is still there means ur vc is either moded or version conflict, where vcmp itself support specific version of gta vc, also check my pm

I clarify that on my previous PC I had Vice City pirated and there was never a problem, in addition, this game persists with this error even though it is a ''clean'' Vice City without mods, since I tried it with two versions, one with SilentPatch and WindowFix and a clean one without any of that or the .dll that conflict, and with those two versions it gives me the same error.
PS: I can no longer find the original Vice City for sale for PC digital version.

now with that ddraw if u have the old vc in ur directory other then what i shared u place the ddraw there and run it again and try other server
also instead of ddraw install this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 as older games require this to run

However However, as I say, the resolution quality is very bad, it is very low and it is terrible, I don't know if it can be seen well in the images, which by the way in one shows the resolution adopted by the game and it won't let me change.

first of all use the directx link i gave u and chbage it back from windows 7 to what u r using now simply untick

To change the resolution of your game, you must enter the Vice City game, and change it once the menu opens.
You can also get use of the windowed mode of VC:MP by using "/setconfig game_windowed 1" and then restart game.
