What should i do!,first msvcr120.dll was missing i downloaded that and then Kernel32.dll i downloaded that , but still not working!

The minimum required Windows version is XP SP3. It seems you don't have SP3 installed.

The picture shows that its windows xp service pack 2.So, I think vc-mp not gonna work on your pc..Change your Os < Minimum requirements - windows xp service pack 3 >

Edit:Wow Thanks Beztone it works! , but still i wanna know jayant how to change that maybe it would be useful in future.
You need to format your windows drive < in which all your Os i.e windows files are installed ...And then install a fresh copy of windows < any 7,8 or other which vc-mp 0.4 supports > & installation can be done by a bootable dvd or bootable removable drives etc.

Just a heads up (You never know...): Formatting your windows drive will erase all files. Make sure you have backups of imprtant data before doing this.
