Hello, I need your help with a Vice City Multiplayer server I purchased from CitadelServers.
Since I purchased it, it doesn't appear in the masterlist, it's not consuming any RAM or CPU, and it's not working properly. I've been in contact with CitadelServers technical support, but they haven't given me a clear solution.
This is what they told me:
They updated the server and said it was running, but it still doesn't appear in the masterlist.
They then informed me that the problem is in the Updates tab of the control panel, as the "latest" option keeps failing.
They installed version 1.1.5 of GTA Connected manually, but the problem persists.
They confirmed that their system doesn't have recent updates for either GTA 3 or Vice City.
I asked to be switched from GTA Connected to Vice City Multiplayer, because that's what I really wanted from the beginning. They told me it's possible, but the server still isn't working.

In short, the server does not start and does not appear in the masterlist.

whats the server ip and port?, also try changing masterlist urls from thijn to official or official to thijn
if still not then use the connection checker https://thijn.minelord.com/vcmp/checker/
ehm in the picture i dont see any server
it seems like an install for client lol
@Adrenaline How did you transferred script files to server?
I don't know how citadel servers work. But usually you put script files via ssh(sftp). Then start server by commandline.
Have you done any of these things?
Besides, by default server will not appear in masterlist. You need to edit server.cfg or create one for server to appear in masterlist.
Also how you start server?
Please provide more screenshot of interface you have.

I recommend buying a cheap linux server (cost: INR 420 ). You will get it operating in minutes. Put your files and run
./mpsvrrel64 -allow-server-runas-root
Also you have to chmod 777 mpsvrrel64 before it.
