Ok, in VC-MP 0.3, we have VCMP master list and LCMP master list.

My suggest:
Add one browser for VCMP & LU. VCMP & LU have very similiar browser (at least in appearance)

Even though the developers of LU and VCMP are working together, I don't think a unified browser would even be practical for those who only play on one of the game and not the other.
Isn't LU a dead project ? :-\

LU is probably undergoing a phase VC:MP had when transitioning from 0.3 to 0.4.

Probably but I heard it's going to die slowly if not dead already. Unlike vcmp which only had a slow period.

Before I reveled in seeing missing 25%, but for years it does not increase. :-\

3 years the same progress status ;x
Going to declassify a few things here.
0.1.1 has had literally no changes in about two and a half years. The last commit to 0.1.1 was to branch from the main development branch because it was "suspected too broken to repair." It's essentially a dead project, the LU devs have just been too lazy to update their site. ::)
As for 0.1.0, it gets occasional changes. A few months ago it underwent some testing for refactoring the streamer code, which should make adding new streamable features a little easier in the future. However, the main LU developers are all grown men with jobs and other hobbies (and ladies), and so development progress has been very little.
I may revisit LU development in the very near future, perhaps when I go to college in two weeks. I've taken a bit of a break from VC:MP development, which leaves more time for me to fix up LU a bit and work on some personal projects (and Argonath *cough*) that I've neglected for far too long now.
As far as the idea of a unified LU and VC:MP browser, I wouldn't want to go for it. They are two distinct clients, and though they have a unified developer team (and share a lot of browser code), there isn't much else in common between the two projects, aside from maybe the two communities consisting of some of the same players. In fact, I was supposed to rewrite the VC:MP browser to make it more functional and look nicer (at the expense of the shared code with LU), though I stopped about a third of the way through to work on the main client. That's something I may also look into revisiting.
