No offense but most of us started just like this , and now I know a few guys who are really good at scripting and other stuff, just help instead of passing comments and if you can't help then don't post.
Whenever I open VC-MP forum and if someone posts something most of the comments I see are like "easy" "it can be better" , then make it better then create that thing better then others .

it's called a script , you can download it from this forum just search abit, or visits wiki link, watch some videos at YouTube on how to run a vcmp server.
