Have you never lied about your age on registration pages? There's literally nothing that you can do. Only thing is to make the forum Invitation Only and punish people inviting retards. That way people won't risk their account to invite morons and morons won't be morons knowing they won't get the chance to register on the forum again.
But that will be annoying as f* for any legitimate new user trying to register on the forum and ask a question.
Second option.
More preferably. Is to create another group "NOOBS" and a category on the forum "NOOBS" and any newly registered user will be assigned to the group "NOOBS" and the "NOOBS" group is only allowed to post in the "NOOBS" category. As time passes, they'll get promoted to regular users. That way, noobs cannot spread on the forum like a diseases until they leave the "NOOBS" quarantine.
And that's about what you can do. Banning, age restriction and pretty much everything that means open registration is just useless.
I'm of 12 years. If age restriction is there, I can't play anymore :(.
But really, most of the VCMP retards are 18- in age.

Actually we can put some Q/A on forum registrations to prevent these guys away , questions must be unique , so only the guy who use his brain and know that Google is his friend can register on forum simple as that.

I'm not going to add an age restriction. I'm not going to add a noob group. I'm not going to ban people just because they're disliked. I'm not going to make people take aptitude tests to register. I will probably add a "Valued Contributor" group to highlight people who make a lot of positive contributions for other scripters.
