Title: [Solved] IRC Bouncer refusing connection

Issue: Unable to connect to IRC Bouncer server.
Encountered: Today
Description: When I connect to the BNC server I get the following message:-
Code Select
* Connecting to vcmp.co.uk (6667)
-
* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

use 1337 as port.

Port is 1337 or 6667?
