Well, I have not added any ASI mods to VC.
Still then, in the debuglog, I get this 2 messages:-

MSG: Blocked plugin 'ml.asi', ASI mods are not allowed in VC:MP
MSG: Blocked plugin 'vc-mp.flt', ASI mods are not allowed in VC:MP
MSG: Successfully loaded San Andreas vehicle texture dictionary.

Though, removing/changing the file format helps, but still then, I want to know the reason. Is anyone else facing this problem? Or I can just delete those files without getting my GTA-VC affected?

ml.asi is a limit adjuster. vc-mp.flt is VCMP 0.3
So yes, you can remove both.
