This carcols.xml is a conversion of an old (and never released) project's carcols.dat.
(this is one of the beta pics of it's features)
Since we are able to add custom colors for vehicles, I decided to make this useful for everybody. :)

PS: carcols.xml will be placed: store\vehicles\...here

Sorry for the bump. But, you should say where we should put this files to. I need to check the updates section to get the path, would be better if you say it here :D
