But one city should fit. I would choose LS or villages around it + chilliad, and do some unique gamemode. :)

Just tested the server, it's awesome, fully like the LU, just the trains are missing :(
Though, I love the server, nice one! Another good thing, no rules, yesterday, my brother was spawnkilling everyone there :P
I got a lot of fun by watching him, and then playing after him. Nice, keep it up!

Looks like XP versions aren't compatible with the server somehow. It keeps re-downloading 26 files upon connecting each time although they got downloaded upon the very first server join. The crash code that occurs is 1012C568. I (along with other players who got the same issues) aren't able to sweep through the skin list nor can we spawn. Please fix this as soon as possible. Cheers.

Updated gamemode to V1.1 :)

Gamemode changes:
Time now actually progresses.
Vehicles not spawned by /spawncar respawn after 3.5 minutes of inactivity.
Added /heal command.
Added /forum command.

Map changes:
Added petrol pumps (http://adtec.vrocker-hosting.co.uk/f/1/gtalc/gtalc-001.png) from PS2 version of the game.

Even if you have stolen it from his server. There is no copyright system. Devs is not cares about us. (But maybe they will care about themself/their clan friends. I hope no corruption will be here and standars of justice will be same for all although)

We do not have any interest of masterlist admins in such topics (I did opened one before too), only masterlist admins able to ban in masterlist, so what is point to judge with no laws and cops? Basically, I don't know what you actually mean.
Talk with you a little bit doesn't make sense now. The whole can be summarized to "I want to protect my map well but who cares, nobody cares, where are admins". Still, you are not as objective as you're trying to be. Unfortunately, not all things will be in the policy. For example, no one will force anyone to be just nice for other player in that community and don't do it out of spite (as in that case of that maps). Maybe that's a shame.

Just to clarify:
EAD was/is not a VU server. It was ran by a VU member, but not much else.
And just to clarify it was made official because it was the most popular and stable A/D server at that time, and the devs wanted to advertise different gamemodes to new players. EAD was made official as A/D server, Daydream RP as roleplaying server. I don't see the problem, but some salty people apparently did.



The devs have may more important stuff to do then babysit people that copy files and run their own server. They wont get any players anyways, so what's the problem.

So every unique gamemode will be offical for advertise?

Really there is best option - just removing that official tab at all. It will be fair for all to get equal chances to all without any social connection with 'respected people'. Let to players judge about servers via playercount. Don't let vcmp to fall in nepotism of some group (they are calling itself vc-mp community to talk from name of most of players)

What about Doom's server? It was more stable than the EAD public build though.

LW was already official, so deathmatch was covered. EAD had more players then Doom's, so that was the obvious choice. No new player is gonna join an empty server, even if it's on the official tab.

I agree Vito, the best is if the offical tab is removed. But that's not my call to make ;)
