SQLite should be loaded: [MODULE] Loaded SQLite3 for VC:MP by Stormeus.
However, it is not properly exporting its functions.
SQLite functions are not available to the scripts despite the module successfully being loaded.
My version of server is (rel003 32-bit).
You probably have the wrong module/plugin version. Meaning, that you're using the version for rel004 that validates the API version with rel003 which doesn't. And both have different API structures. Which if it wasn't for that initial validation, you would get a nice crash/segmentation fault.
