keep looking (http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=3073.msg22939#msg22939) but before that. keep calm. the update server is having some issues. learn to read what it says in the message.

hello , we are having the same problem too.
version used by server is not installed and failed to download.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same problem server could not download for version 4.04. only servers with 4.03 load. am running windows 10 creators update 1703
