So guys please help me. As the title saying, i want to create a IRC for my clan so how do i make it? Can anyone tell me full tutorial!

> Join the channel you want to register (/join #clanname)

Tell me more about IRC. How to connect it to my server and How do i set welcome messages and more etc! & Tell about forum. How to put IRC option in menu!
