The official updater URL is now http://u04.vc-mp.org
For players
Open up your VC:MP browser, go to Tools > Settings. Then at the bottom, replace the updater URL with http://u04.vc-mp.org

The official installer (https://www.moddb.com/mods/vice-city-multiplayer/downloads/vice-city-multiplayer-04-client) has been updated so that new installations will default to the new URLs. You do not need to download and reinstall the browser if you've already updated your settings.
At last the vcmp developers are back.I thought vcmp is going to dead.Like most of the players are leaving since vcmp moved to 0.4.

Or maybe the installer doesn't come with the DLLs that are injected into the game. And those will be downloaded individually when you join a server.

It could be very bad if updater will be broken again new players will be unable to play. Standalone installer is more safe.
I guess you still need to update after an update is released.
