The error is that I publish my server and it does not appear to other users I have everything configured, before it worked but I do not know what happens now can someone describe the error?

He already has there since is server is marked as 'Unknown', so we know for sure that the master-list `communicates` to his server. It might be the router firewall security level.
Indeed, didn't pay much attention to that picture. :P
Make sure your Anti-virus software isn't blocking any connection.
