hello i noticed something different from before
when i was in rel004 version, the gtavc.exe file had a name renamed as "VICE CITY MULTIPLAYER (GTA: vice city)"
& now when i join servers with rel006 version i see this [c43f3730fffc98d8378dd45845a9db1c3085902c] along with "VICE CITY MULTIPLAYER (GTA: vice city)"
this code displays when u hover over the running .exe file
so does anyone else has noticed this? if yes! then can somone tell be the complete detail that what does this code do and what benefits do we have with it

It's not a UID, it's a session identifier.
Each game window counts as a session and gets its own identifier. This gets included in crash dumps sent to crashes.vc-mp.org so we can distinguish between one game crashing 100 times in a row and different games crashing. As a developer it's also useful since it makes it easier to distinguish between multiple windows when I'm debugging. This doesn't affect server owners or players.
