Title: Error i can't fix no matter what i do

Hey everyone.

i've been getting this error ever since i installed a fresh copy of windows on my pc.
I have installed all of the important softwares like directX and microsoft redistributable but i can't fix this. Whenever i click on connect this error occurs. Can anyone help me please?

Are you sure you have choosen the correct directory?

Make sure You don't have administrator rights and compatibility mode selected for gta-vc.exe and VCMPBrowser.exe

The Vice City needs to be like this: C:\Vice City\gta-vc.exe in the VC:MP settings and not only the folder: C:\Vice City\
I hope this helps!

Note: the Vice City directory might not be like that it depends where did you download Vice City.
