hello, i just started playing vcmp and noticed that there is no blood considering that my pc language is french.
i was wondering if i can play vcmp with uncut version,if so then how ?
change your keyboard layout to English or so and make it by default, that should fix the issue I think

I dont think there is anything to do with the windows version. I remember that using the french language in vice city multiplayer , when you kill someone his head will not be cutted.
I have no better idea then, maybe try installing the english ui language pack for the system? if that doesn't work, then it is your OS most probably
