ip to city are mostly incorrect. They show the location of your ISP not your home location. Like, I am living in Lahore but ip locations show as Karachi and sometimes Islamabad. Better not to use it. Even, that of vccnr shows me wrong.

even though online checking is good but you can also use database. I got a database which showed me as paki from isl, O can give that to you.
