Hello again.. I got a problem.. When I click on the server, The game won't start. LIKE NOTHING HAPPENS...

My Specs:
Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 10

Vice City Multiplayer.exe - Right Click - Compatibility Compatibility and Try Recommended Settings If Not, Try Gta Vice.exe

Is gta-vc.exe process starts when you trying to connect with the server?
