I never had any trouble with VCMP until I got my laptop with Windows 10, I open the browser, go to internet servers, connect and then I get the VCMP screen the one with the bear from Toy Story dancing at the Malibu club, but no loading bar or anything, the screen goes black after a minute and it closes leaving me again at the browser. No error text or anything it just closes.

Everything's in order with my game, i'm using a no CD version like I always have before using this computer so I don't know what to do :-(

Try run as admin or/with compatibility mode.
