Hi,
I was wondering why the wiki leads to 404 and where I can find a tutorial to create a server with a custom game mode and documentation of all available functions for the Vice City multiplayer.

Wiki is still exist on http://wiki.adtec.ovh ;)

Another way to see the functions and events is https://bitbucket.org/stormeus/0.4-squirrel/src/master/
