Whenever I install VCMP 0.4 setup i face this error

Click on Download (alternate)
VCMP04_Installer.zip will be downloaded.
Then extract the file and then install it. You will be able to install it smoothly.
If the installation is successful, do not forget to change the updater url to http://u04.vc-mp.org

Otherwise,
1. Go to http://www.vc-mp.org/
2. Click on Download Now button (green)
3. A new tab of moddb.com opens up. Scroll down and click on 'Download Now' red button
4. Wait for download to start automatically or click on 'download VCMP04_Installer.10.11.zip'
Same Error as shown in POST #1. :'(

Wait. How do you 'install'?
Method 1
I think the error is because you are running the msi file from inside a zip file. So what to do is first extract the zip file. Then run the msi file.
Method 2
Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
Go to services. Click open services. Scroll down and find "Windows Installer Service". If its status is not "Running", right click on it and select Start.
