but i tried everything reinstalling changing compatibility installing 1.0 patch everything idk if this is because of my operating system win 10 or the game wants to download something but cant

Hi guys i have a problem and i hope you can help me with.
The problem is when i start the browser everything normal etc i select the server it starts and it crashes instantly. i have win 10, i even tried with run as administrator etc and it didnt work idk if this is because of the operating system or something but please help me
