before we were getting error that you do not have server version instlled and could not download then we changed the
updater url to http://u04.thijn.ovh then tried going in to server 04rel004 version but then the rockstar intro logo loads
and then the old 0.3z version of vcmp loads. we then uninstalled norton anti virus and then tried now it works.
there any way to have norton installed to work with vcmp?

hello , we are having the same problem too.
version used by server is not installed and failed to download.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same problem server could not download for version 4.04. only servers with 4.03 load. am running windows 10 creators update 1703
