my server are in VPS server on windows systeme and i Can`t find my serwer on Internet list, I try forward port 5192 in my firewall but still didn't show in internet, can you help me please ?

there is no blood when i shoot players in vcmp , i trying many methods but no one work with me , i saw many videos of some players playing vcmp  they have blood  expect me . there is any patch or mod for get blood ?
