I tell you that no, with the version that I had the same thing happens to me, it simply doesn't open, but with yours it does open (obviously) by placing the directory, I went to Extreme Addicts and it didn't give me any problems... However However, as I say, the resolution quality is very bad, it is very low and it is terrible, I don't know if it can be seen well in the images, which by the way in one shows the resolution adopted by the game and it won't let me change.

With the ddraw.dll file the issue is solved, however, I was able to log in at least, something that I honestly thought was impossible, I logged into the official litlewhitheys server and this appears...
I don't know what ''Checksum'' is...
Apart from that the quality with which it is seen is very low, that is to say the letters are blurred a little and in the menu the movement is a little slow and a little rough.

PS: I can no longer find the original Vice City for sale for PC digital version.

I had previously spoken here about the problem but to no avail, I reopened in the hope of seeing if anyone has experience with this type of error.
I still haven't solved anything, does anyone have an idea of ��what could be causing VC:MP to not run?
I tried several VCMP Browsers and none of them have worked for me, I tried this one, if I'm not wrong, it's the one from thijin, in this one the browser gives me an unknown error; https://imgur.com/bmfUYtf and when I ''manage'' to connect to a server of version 04rel006 it remains downloading the files. https://imgur.com/SwAdIYw
On the other hand, when trying the ysc3839's VC:MP Launcher, it downloads the files for each version but at the end of the day I get the following error that appears in the image, which I don't know what it refers to. https://imgur.com/vt8GeYa
Finally, I even tried megamind but when I connect to the servers it doesn't give me any errors or send me a message, simply no action happens
It should be noted that before I had a PC with Windows 7 and 200mb of RAM, and I did not have an updated graphics card or directx, and in that case it ran ordinary and perhaps I did not even have updated drivers, and today I have a better one with a good processor and all the updated graphics drivers and especially Windows 11 and the game doesn't run for me, THE ONLY GAME OR MOD IS VC:MP that my PC doesn't run.

I removed those mods, it should be noted that without the 'dinput8.dll' the VC Single does not run, without the 'd3d8.dll' the VC does not recognize my mouse in the game, and without the 'mss32.dll' the VCMP It doesn't even run because of this problem, so in a nutshell those .dlls are necessary

I didn't find another ''immersive'', apart from reviewing the VCMP crashlogs I found this, and I don't understand or if I understand a little, I suppose it must be with respect to the plugins, if so, what can I do?

That's right, in fact the VC single works totally fine for me without crashes or anything, but I don't understand if the single works well, why is it not able to start as well, well, at least the GTA SA and its MP version, I they work excellent
