EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED!

It was graphic card. I set to play game with Intel integried GPU with app dgVoodoo.

This is a copy of the game from my friend, for him the game works normally on Windows 10. I will try to find and download the original game without mods.

Yes, I tried to reinstall the game. I don't have any mods and I have pirated version of game.

The game is working fine until I start driving a car, then the game freezes and crashes.

I tried change compability of game, tried to disable DEP, with SilentPatch...

I have:
Windows 10 Pro
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
Intel core i5-12450H
