     Greeting. I'm glad for the opening for vcmp 0.4, but there're something happening in the Chinese biggest forum of vcmp.
     Recently, a man named "Xiaozhe (Chinese characters: "小者")" made the public management account lost its position, publicized nonsense of the account, said bad word to insult people, and even hacked servers of us. And now, he is opening servers with the same insulting name which is "1077狗逼懒子!跪下接屎!绕你不死! (1077 you f**king cunt! Kneel down and eat s**t! So that I will spare you!)" in vcmp 0.4. This behavior has challenged the rights of vcmp players seriously. I hope that administrators can solve it as soon as possible, to improve the game environment further.
