Hello guys. when i spawn in game my character automatically starts moving. ive reinstalled game and vcmp as well but its same problem. any fix!!??

Hello guys, i get this error when i click vcmp browser file. dont know whats problem. i've installed every version of vcredist both x86 and x64 but still i recieve this error 0xc000007b.. Heres pictures please see nd help
