You can't register this. Clans can't be registered.

Theres list with some points what can be wrong:
   • Bad TXD version. Use eg. 3.1.0.0, 3.1.0.1, 3.3.0.2 or 3.4.0.3;
   • Corrupted TXD archive. Try to repack all textures;
   • Bad texture compression. Try use DXT3/4/5 for transparent textures and DXT1 for non-transparent;
   • Texture resolution are too big;
   • Too much files in one archive;
   • Missing file or texture;
   • Server don't have permissions to read this file.

You have not attached too much informations and you didn't send any files so we can't say what's exactly wrong.

That is not forum of specific server. Find out forum address of server where you see bugs and spam on them website.

Yes, just change player virtual world where is no vehicles near Kaufman Cabs building in your onPlayerJoin function .
This bug appears while player downloading files, so you can change player world only for this time.
