I can inform that the developers are aware of issues you listed.

as for point 5), that is preventable by server scripters.

my advice is to play in servers who can detect such cheats.

ghost shots were a bug that are now fixed thanks to the new superior shot sync.

but can you describe these weird ways people glitch their shots, how?

Remember: as in all online games (especially VC:MP) it's best experienced playing in a server with low ping, with players who also have low ping.

Connection stability matters too, packet loss, jitter.

the quality of your experience is determined just not by your connection, but other players connections too, and ofcourse the server shouldnt be freezing and have quality connection too

nowadays there are very few players who use decent connections.

 

I can tell you for a fact your game is modded, by seeing those rain effects and that VCPR radio is playing dance music from 2020. 

Yes, I tried to reinstall the game. I don't have any mods and I have pirated version of game.

That is likely the problem, pirated versions very often come with mods built in.

I know this is old af @Murdock but using flags.html from maxo's vehicle loader you can do this with the DBL_EXHAUST flag - with mvl vehicle or by script.

You need some mapping for parkour I guess. Unless you want to be limited to the default map.

It's old and not up-to-par but I'm sure it can be useful or fun.

I see the weapon icons got blurred and lost original details and the radar ring original intention seems to have been to have short of a sheen or glimmer, and the time,money,health would be cool to recreate the dirt effect which is lost and Ken Rosenberg looks very weird without facial definition.

I know these things are pretty obvious and not exactly simple to recreate.

Try setting the vehicle weight very high when its unoccupied.

Error 740 means that it requires elevation to run.

u can try re-install it though, might fix needing to run it as admin.
