ehm thats not upgrade but downgrade, going from 04rel006 to 04rel004.

it depends how to count. 6 is more than 4, rel006 has more value of bugs and limitations and rel004 has less value of bugs and limitations... in rel006 you can not use classsicaxis.asi, widescreen.asi is bugged, you can not push players (it considered as 'bug' by devs), you can not look back by middle mouse button in every angle of player with correct turning head... but  in rel006 you can edit stadium text and turn on taxi lights... do it depends of personal preference.

Still its a downgrade lol, going back to an earlier release is downgrade not up

Hi guys!, so I think I might be bumping this topic but there have been some edits to the description, the bugs some people were experiencing. Like Eva reported, have been fixed. The server has majorly changed, do join us soon!

Nice i have been to busy lately but i will visit it soon.

Every server has its own register system, as Razor allready said probably somebody else allready registered that Nickname. And think hes right as i have seen many TonyMontana's wich is a very common nickname. Try it with a new name!

Well i had a similar problem in past when my ips changed to ipv6 and the router set to dual stack.(IPv4-mapped IPv6 address). Then i asked profider to change me to ipv4 again. now no problems

wtf then its not custom vehicles problem...

i have told that allready, then all players would have that problem. i think its in the host itself (router config) is it ipv4?

we removed all Old custom vehicles added new custom vehicles try joining now @Eva

i had a little investigation.

I had the exactly the same thing on my WiFi, some dynamic IPs won't allow me to access any of the SA-MP servers, using a VPN or fetching another IP using command prompt would fix it.

could be something i dont know if they have a dynamic ip. My guess its in the routers settings

Thats not the problem. i think the problem is in the hosting itself. only few people can't connect.
When i connect i can see the chat going and in masterlist i see myself as connected.
When i try to chat it sais not connected to a server and in f5 it sais Unkown server.
This is when i connect on my normal isp adress.
When i connect with vpn i can connect normaly and play.

and my isp is not blocking the ip 100%
