Hello can anyone give me the correct VC:MP 0.4 Launcher Link by George & ysc3839 both's link

Map Editor one.

When i try to enter the commands of Map Editor, some commands works and some not, like /car, /newmap ( Not working )
and like /cam, /setweather, /settime, works.
Help me!
