How to update a plugin to 04rel06 ?, the get ip does not work for me in this vertion

it's mean you have some old feature which latest version doesn't support, first you need to remove those feature and then you can be able run your server in latest version

re-download plugins from https://v04.vc-mp.org/allplugins_04rel005_patch1.7z
it was changed after update
but geoip is not there.
